From the hijack seat, Dermot Blain, winner of the 2009 APPT Macau Main Event and fifth-place finisher in the 2011 World Series of Poker Europe Main Event, raised to 2,300 after action folded to him. Nine-time WSOP gold bracelet winner Phil Ivey made the call from the big blind, and the flop came down {Q-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{9-Clubs}. Both players checked.

The turn was the {9-Spades} and paired the board. Ivey checked, and Blain fired 2,700. Ivey folded, and Blain scooped the pot.
