Cunningham Out
A player in mid position just opened to 250 and from the cutoff Allen Cunningham showed interest. The big blind also came along and the three of them had 
to work with. The big blind checked to the initial-raiser who followed up his preflop agression with a 425 continuation-bet. Cunningham made it 2,000 with just 250 behind. The big blind now double checked his cards and announced that he was allin. The initial-raiser folded eventually after which Cunningham shipped in his remaining 250 to make the call.
