Jamison Triples

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Richard Ashby opened to 20,000 and Gregory Jamison called all in for 16,000. Marco Johnson then called from the big blind.

The {K-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{Q-Spades}{3-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} board was checked down by the two active players with Johnson's {Q-Clubs}{10-Spades}{9-Hearts}{6-Clubs} taking the side pot from Ashby's {Q-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{2-Clubs}.

However it would be Jamison's {A-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} that would see him scoop in the triple up.

"Have You Met Richard?"

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante
Richard Ashby
Richard Ashby

Jason McPherson check-called a bet from Richard Ashby on a board of {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{2-Spades}. The river was the {5-Diamonds}, McPherson check-called another bet, and Ashby tabled {a-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} - a straight and the nut low. McPherson showed {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}{10-Spades}{4-Diamonds} for trip tens.

Ashby was then involved in a three-way pot with Gregory Jamison and Marco Johnson on a flop of {k-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{2-Hearts}. Jamison bet, Johnson raised, Ashby called, Jamison raised, and both Johnson and Ashby called.

The turn was the {3-Diamonds}, Jamison checked, Johnson bet, and Ashby raised. Jamison shot out out of his chair in disgust, then unhappily folded his hand. Johnson called.

The river was the {q-Spades}, Johnson checked, and Ashby quickly fired out a bet.

"OK," Johnson said, folding after a two-minute tank. "Set and a low."

Ashby didn't say a word.

"You had the wheel, right?" Johnson asked.

Again, no answer.

"Have you met Richard?" Andrew Brown asked Johnson, grinning.

Rosario Chips Up

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Alex Dovzhenko opened with a raise to 20,000 and Ismael Bojang, Shirley Rosario and Brock Parker all called to see a {Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} flop fall.

Dovzhenko continued for 10,000 with Bojang and Rosario the only callers before the three players checked the {8-Diamonds} on the turn.

The river landed the {2-Diamonds} and Rosario bet out 20,000 from the button to produce two folds from Dovzhenko and Bojang.

Double for Lisandro

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Jeff Lisandro found himself all in for his last 35,000 holding {7-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} against Shirley Rosario's {K-Clubs}{J-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Spades} on a {8-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{2-Spades} flop.

The turn and river landed the {A-Hearts} and {8-Diamonds} to see Lisandro counterfeit Rosario's two pair and make a better low as the Australian-Italian moved to roughly 80,000 in chips.

Wattel Walks

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Mike Wattel raised the cutoff to 16,000 and Jason McPherson called in the small blind to see a {7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{A-Spades} flop fall.

McPherson checked, Wattel bet, McPherson raised, Wattel made it three-bets to go before McPherson made it 32,000 to put Wattel all in. Wattel called and the cards were tabled.

Wattel: {A-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{5-Spades}{9-Hearts}
McPherson: {A-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{4-Clubs}

With McPherson holding the nut low and two pair, the turn and river landed the {10-Diamonds} and {Q-Spades} to see Wattel hit the rail as McPherson moved to 220,000 in chips.

Friedman Over 400K

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante
Perry Friedman
Perry Friedman

Ofir Mor raised in middle position, Doug Polk made it three bets on the button, and Perry Friedman cold-called in the big blind. Mor called as well, and the trio took a flop of {8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}. Friedman and Mor checked, Polk tossed out a bet, and both of his opponents called.

The turn was the {6-Clubs}, all three players checked, and the {a-Clubs} completed the board. Friedman led out with a bet, only Mor called, and Friedman turned over {7-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Spades} for a straight and the second-nut low.

Mor mucked.

Crazy Eights

Level 19 : 8,000/16,000, 0 ante

Ofir Mor made it two bets in the cutoff, Doug Polk raised to three bets from the big blind, and Mor called. Both players checked on a flop of all eights - {8-Spades}{8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} - and the turn was the {a-Hearts}. Polk check-called a bet, and then the man known as "WCGRider" online check-called another on the river ({q-Diamonds}).

Mor tabled {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Hearts} for eights full of nines, and Polk sent his cards into the muck.
