Hellmuth and Kostritsyn Chop It

Level 5

Omaha 8

Alexander Kostritsyn was looking to scoop a pot to get back into things, but Phil Hellmuth just flopped a low to take half.

The flop read {A-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{3-Clubs} when Hellmuth bet from the small blind, Kostritsyn raised and Hellmuth put the Russian pro all in. Kostritsyn called and the showdown went as following.

Kostritsyn: {A-Clubs}{2-Spades}{3-Clubs}{5-Clubs}
Hellmuth: {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}

The turn was the {K-Hearts} and Hellmuth hit a set, but the river was the {A-Spades} and that gave Kostritsyn a full house. Hellmuth did however have a low and that gave him half the pot.
