Former November Niner Joseph Cheong has busted from the $1,000 No-Limit Hold'em Turbo.
Cheong informed his 22,400 Twitter followers that he registered late for the tournament and ran up a stack of 20 big blinds at the start of the current level, but lost a flip to bust short of the money places.
Adam "Roothlus" Levy has been eliminated from the tournament, although he had to wait a little longer for confirmation of his bust out. He had lost an all-in preflop encounter against when the board ran and was ready to leave the tournament area, but was called back by the dealer as Levy had a single T100 chip left — enough to pay the ante on the next hand.
According to Ryan Laplante's Twitter feed, the man from Minnesota has 370 physical chips in his stack, which when added together equal 47,000. This is enough to see Laplante top our current chip counts, but as he says himself, there is a long way to go.
