Laplante Finds Bullets

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Ben Warrington raised to 5,000 from under the gun, one player folded and Ryan Laplante reraised to 11,400. The next player to act folded, but Roberto Romanello put in a raise of his own and made it 20,200 to continue.

One by one the active players folded, including Warrington, the initial raiser. Laplante announced he was all-in and Romanello instantly called.

Romanello: {J-Hearts}{J-Clubs}
Laplante: {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}

The {10-Spades}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades} flop was safe for Laplante's aces, and the {6-Hearts} on the turn took away the chance of Romanello hitting a runner-runner straight. The {8-Spades} completed the board and Romanello handed over 48,900 of his stack.
