In Event #25: $2,500 Omaha/Seven-Card Stud Hi-Low at the 2014 World Series of Poker, Mike Matusow was penalized for "excessive celebration" deep into the money. After being slapped with a one-round penalty, the ruling quickly became a hot topic with the poker community. Will "The Thrill" Failla finished 11th in a $1,500 NLHE Event earlier today and then registered for this tournament. So far, the poker gods have been treating him well as he is one of the biggest stacks around.
In one hand we just saw him defend the big blind against a raise from early position for 1,000. On the 
flop, he check-called 1,500 on the 
turn and both then checked the 
river. The opponent gave up the hand and Failla announced "king high" before turning over 
. That was good enough to rake in the pot.

Two-time WSOP bracelet winner Pham is great to watch due to him tendency to run huge bluffs and pay an extremely wide range of starting hands. Now that he has stack of chips, he's likely to go even crazier so we will keep an eye on him.
