Hands #48-50: Closing Out Level 17

Level 27 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Hand #48: Justin Oliver raised to 85,000 from the cutoff only to have Jamie Armstrong three-bet to 225,000 from the small blind. Oliver responded by moving all in for roughly 1.17 million and Armstrong folded.

Hand #49: Jamie Armstrong limped the button, Barry Hutter folded the small blind, and Matt Salsberg checked his option from the big. The {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}{7-Clubs} flop saw Salsberg check and then call when Armstrong bet 55,000. After the dealer burned and turned the {Q-Clubs}, Salsberg bet 105,000 and Armstrong called. The {J-Hearts} river saw Salsberg bet 200,000 and Armstrong called. Salsberg tabled the {2-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for a flush, and it was good as Armstrong sent his cards to the muck.

Hand #50: Jamie Armstrong raised to 80,000 from the cutoff and Barry Hutter three-bet to 200,000 from the button. The blinds folded, Armstrong moved all in, and Hutter folded.
