Mizrachi Adds to his Stack

Level 7 : 200/400, 50 ante

Tony Cousineau checked from the big blind on a {K-Spades}{K-Hearts}{5-Hearts} flop, Brock Parker checked from under the gun and watched on as Michael Mizrachi bet 500 from the cutoff. Mike McDonald let his hand go from the button, Cousineau called and Parker ducked out of the way.

The dealer put the {8-Spades} onto the flop, Cousineau checked and then called a 1,000 bet from the man known as "The Grinder." Both players checked the {3-Hearts} river and Mizrachi scooped the pot with the {8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}.

Tilly Takes on Stein

Level 7 : 200/400, 50 ante

Sam Stein raised to 900 from under the gun and the players folded in turn around to Jennifer Tilly on the button. Tilly put in a raise of her own, making it 2,900 to play, both blinds folded and Stein called.

Stein checked to Tilly on the {2-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} flop and she bet 4,000. Stein pondered his options for a few moments before sending his cards into the muck.

Marquez Almost Felted

Level 7 : 200/400, 50 ante

Ana Marquez has been left with one big blind after losing out with a set of queens.

A short-stacked Marquez was all in with {Q-Clubs}{Q-Hearts} and up against another all-in player with {K-Clubs}{K-Hearts}, and a caller of both shoves with {2-Hearts}{2-Spades}.

The {Q-Spades} landed in the window, but it was followed by the {K-Spades} and {9-Diamonds}. The turn and river came {5-Spades} and {10-Clubs} and Marquez was left in bad shape.

Shak Finds Aces

Level 7 : 200/400, 50 ante

Dani Stern raised to 900 from the button, the small blind folded but Dan Shak three-bet to 2,500 from his seat in the big blind. Stern tossed in the extra calling chips and the dealer spread the {3-Spades}{5-Clubs}{7-Hearts} flop.

Shak kept up his aggression with a continuation bet and Stern folded instantly. Shak flipped over {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds} as he raked in the pot.
