We missed the elimination of Maurice Hawkins, but Canada's Steven Kerr was kind enough to inform us of some details after the fact.

As he told it, the two got it in on the river when Kerr had an ace-high straight with . He said Hawkins never showed his hand, but did say that he had two pair. Whatever he had the result is the same — Hawkins has been eliminated from the tournament.

Heinz Kamutzki opened the action for 3,300 only to have Stephen Chidwick three-bet all in for 33,500 from the small blind. The big got out of the way and Kamutzki made a quick call.
