Hand #13: Valouev opened for 35,000 and picked up the blinds when everyone folded.
Hand #14: Dames opened for a minimum raise of 32,000 and Gabriel Nassif called from the big blind. The flop came 
and Nassif checked and then quickly folded when Dames announced a pot-sized bet of 72,000.
Hand #15: Matthew Humphrey received a walk in the big blind.
