Jeff Lisandro Doubles Up a Short Stack

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante
Jeffrey Lisandro
Jeffrey Lisandro

Jeff Lisandro and a short stack exchanged raises pre-flop until the short stacked player was all in for about six bets total. Lisandro had {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades} but was dominated by the short stacked player's {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}. The board would run out safe for the at risk player and he would double up. Lisandro was still sitting on a very healthy stack of 87,000 after losing the hand.

Brief Color Up "Pause"

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

They are pausing the clock for a few moments to color up the T100 chips. It's not a "break" - merely a "pause" - as made clear by the tournament director.

Shack-Harris Takes One From Laing

Brandon Shack-Harris

Mike Laing bet from the small blind when it was folded to him and Brandon Shack-Harris made the call in the big blind. They went to a flop of {10-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{q-Spades}. Laing bet and got the call from Shack-Harris.

The turn card {8-Spades} saw Laing bet and then quickly call a raise from Shack-Harris. On the river {q-Hearts} Laing opted to check call. Shack-Harris turned over {k-Hearts}{k-Spades} and Laing tapped his hole cards on the table before mucking them.

Just after that their table broke.
