Limit Hold'em

Everyone knows limit hold'em is poker's most exciting game, right? Nothing gets the juices flowing like a bunch of constrained bets from players holding two cards with no antes being involved. That said, here's a look into a full round of limit hold'em from one of the three remaining tables in the $50,000 Poker Players' Championship, Table 353.

Hand #1: Action folded to Matt Glantz in the small blind, and he raised. Melissa Burr folded in the big blind, and Glantz won the pot.

Hand #2: Action folded to Glantz once again, but this time he was on the button. He raised, Burr folded from the small blind and Robert Mizrachi folded from the big blind.

Hand #3: On the third hand of the rotation, John Hennigan received a walk in the big blind.

Hand #4: Glantz raised from under the gun, and Jesse Martin called from the big blind before the dealer spread the {K-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop. Martin checked, Glantz bet, and Martin check-raised. Glantz folded.

Hand #5: Hennigan raised from the button after play folded to him, and Martin and Glantz folded from the two blinds.

Hand #6: Action folded to Glantz in the small blind, and he raised. Burr called from the big blind, and the flop came down {A-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Spades}. Both players checked, and the {5-Clubs} was added on fourth street. Glantz checked, Burr bet, and Glantz folded.

Hand #7: On the seventh and final hand of the limit hold'em round, action folded to Glantz on the button, and he raised. Mizrachi called from the big blind, and the flop came down {A-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{3-Spades}. Mizrachi checked, Glantz bet, and Mizrachi check-raised. Glantz called. The turn was the {Q-Clubs}, and both players checked to see the {6-Clubs} land on the river. Mizrachi checked, Glantz bet, and Mizrachi tank-folded.
