Sion Gets Shorter

Level 17

Limit Hold'em

Allen Kessler led out on a flop of {9-Hearts}{a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}, Elior Sion called, and the turn was a repeat ace - the {a-Clubs}.

Sion called another bet, then a final bet on the river ({5-Hearts}). Kessler rolled over {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} for a full house, and Sion mucked.

The Brit is down to 260,000 chips, and joining him on the short stack are Jonathan Duhamel (375,000), Robert Mizrachi (240,000), and Melissa Burr (490,000). Burr, who would become the first woman to cash in the Poker Players' Championship if she survives the bubble, has a 15-1 wager with Mizrachi that she'll make the money.
