Bohn Busts Shorty

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

A short-stacked player shoved for 10,100 on the button, and Blake Bohn made the call out of the small blind. Hasan Habib joined in from the big blind, and Bohn and Habib checked down the {3-Spades}{7-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} board.

Bohn showed {a-Spades}{5-Diamonds} for two pair, and it turned out he'd gotten there on the river, as the player on the button showed {9-}{9-}.

Pantaleo Wins a Flip

Level 15 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Giuseppe Pantaleo raised to 5,500 and then called when Refael Shaoulian three-bet all-in for his last 26,000. Pantaleo turned over {9-Hearts}{9-Spades} and was racing against the {K-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} of his opponent.

The {5-Spades}{7-Clubs}{8-Clubs} flop kept the nines of Pantaleo as the best hand, but he needed to avoid a king, queen or club in order for that fact to remain true. The {3-Diamonds} turn was followed by the {A-Spades} and Pantaleo knocked Shaoulian out.

"How do you do that?" asked one player.

"I'm running good," came the answer
