Bai Can't Bluff Ivey

Level 16

No-Limit Hold'em

Richard Bai raised to 3,000 on the button and Phil Ivey defended his big blind.

The flop came down {8-Hearts}{7-Spades}{3-Hearts} and Ivey led out for 4,000. Bai popped it to 9,000, Ivey called and the {10-Clubs} turn fell. Both checked to see the {J-Hearts} river, which Ivey checked. Bai bet 14,000 and Ivey snap called.

Bai tabled {A-Diamonds}{5-Spades} for ace high, while Ivey tabled {Q-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for a flush to win the pot.

Shortly thereafter Jacobo Fernandez was eliminated from the table, by the hands of Ivey we suspect, to further increase Ivey's stack.
