Peckham Wins One, Then Loses One, Then Wins One!

Level 24 : 12,000/24,000, 4,000 ante

Mathew Frankland raised to 48,000 from the button and Mark Peckham three-bet to 125,000 from the big blind. Frankland responded with a 258,000 four-bet but then folded when Peckham five-bet all-in.

The next hand, Kris Wojciechowski moved all-in for 308,000 in middle position and Peckham called from the small blind. It was Wojciechowski's {A-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} versus Peckham's {K-Spades}{K-Hearts} and when the board ran {3-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} Peckham handed over a large chunk of his stack.

By the time we made it back to our desk here on media row, he had won another pot to take him up to 1,540,000.

We caught the action after a {a-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop. Joshua Hillock checked and Austin Bursavich bet 78,000. Hillock called and the turn was the {q-Diamonds}. Hillock again checked and Bursavich bet 152,000. Hillock thought for a moment and eventually folded.
