Brian Tate
Brian Tate

Brian Tate raised from middle position and Paul Volpe three-bet from the small blind, which was called by the initial raiser. The flop came down {J-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and Volpe bet, Tate called.

The turn was the {4-Spades} and Tate called another bet. On the river the {8-Hearts} hit and Tate called Volpe's third barrel.

"King queen," Volpe announced.

Tate quickly showed {A-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and Volpe's hand landed in the muck.
