E-Lee-Minated

Level 9 : 300/600, 75 ante

With a board of {7-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}, Darlene Lee thought for just a moment before calling an all-in shove from a player she had covered to her right.

Lee: {k-Hearts}{7-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-}{4-}

Lee made a great call, catching her opponents bluff, and was pushed the pot after the {2-Diamonds}{8-Spades} fell on the turn and river.

Just Quads For Vance

Level 9 : 300/600, 75 ante

Lyra Vance was staring at an all-in shove on the turn of a {3-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{10-Spades} board. Vance had her opponent covered and after a brief moment to analyze her options, she made the call.

Vance: {3-Hearts}{3-Spades}
Opponent: {a-}{a-}

Vance had flopped a set of threes and was in great shape to ship the monster pot. The {3-Spades} hit on the river and Vance's quads crushed her opponents pocket aces. Vance raked in the huge pot and with it, the chip lead as well.

A Few Big Stacks

Double for Dozier

Level 9 : 300/600, 75 ante

We arrived at the table just in time to see the river card fall on the board of {10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{k-Clubs} with Dee Dozier all in with {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs} to her opponent's pocket pair. "I straighted it!" Dozier said as she realized how good the king was for her on the river. The straight gave her the double up and a little bit of room to maneuver in this game.

Losing to Liu

Level 9 : 300/600, 75 ante

With action at the river and the board reading {6-Clubs}{10-Spades}{7-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{5-}, Xuan Liu checked as first to act. The other player in the pot pushed all in and Liu quickly called, showing {8-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} for a straight. Her opponent's {a-Hearts}{j-Spades} were no match and she was eliminated, giving a nice stack increase to Liu late in the day.

Isaacs Gets the Double

Level 9 : 300/600, 75 ante
Susie Isaacs
Susie Isaacs

A player had raised to 2,100 preflop and Susie Isaacs pushed all in. Her opponent elected to call and we had a classic race on our hands.

Issacs: {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}
Opponent: {7-Hearts}{7-Spades}

When the flop came down {4-Clubs}{a-Spades}{6-Clubs}, Isaacs was getting ready to leave. The {k-Spades} on the turn put her back in the lead, and the {10-Spades} on the river secured her double up.

The Rich Get Richer

Level 10 : 400/800, 100 ante

The player in the cutoff seat raised all in and Lyra Vance made the call with her massive stack of chips on the button. She turned over {9-Spades}{9-Hearts} and was ahead of her opponent's {a-Spades}{4-Diamonds}. The board ran out clean for the nines, with the dealer turning over [6hqqcqs4sqs]. Vance scored a knockout and added even more chips to the fortress she is building in front of her.
