Bojang Scoops

Level 4 : 200/400, 0 ante
Ismael Bojang
Ismael Bojang

Ismael Bojang bet on the turn with the board having come {6-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{j-Spades}, and his lone opponent called out of the blinds. The player check-called again on the {5-Hearts}, and Bojang announced a straight and a low. He fanned {a-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} for the eight-high straight with the nut low, scooping the pot.

Wazwaz, D'Agostino "Happy to Chop"

Level 5 : 250/500, 0 ante

John D'Agostino bet into two opponents on fourth street with the first four cards having come {4-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}. Rob Wazwaz called in middle position, as did the player on the button. D'Agostino found two more calls on the {9-Spades} river.

"Eights and sixes and nut low," he said, showing down {a-Spades}{2-Spades}{8-Spades}{6-Spades}.

Wazwaz tossed {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{j-Hearts} into the middle for better two pair, and the player on the button mucked. Wazwaz thanked D'Agostino for not having a straight.

"Happy to chop," D'Agostino said.

Good Chop for Puchkov

Level 5 : 250/500, 0 ante

Konstantin Puchkov bet after three checks on the end. The five community cards were {7-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{10-Clubs}, and the button called. One by one, each of the players who checked called, seemingly more and more committed as the pot kept growing. Puchkov tossed {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} for the nut straight, while the next player showed {q-}{5-}{4-}{2-} for a low. Everyone else mucked.

Vengrin Scoops a Big One

Level 6 : 300/600, 0 ante

Matt Vengrin bet into a five-way pot on a {6-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{5-Hearts} flop, and the player on the button called, as did Soi Nguyen from the big blind and Robert Mizrachi under the gun. Everyone continued to call as Vengrin bet the {6-Spades} turn and {10-Spades} river, and Vengrin showed {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{2-Hearts} for kings full.
