Hand #83: Van Hoof Shoves on Pappas

Level 37 : 300,000/600,000, 75,000 ante

Martin Jacobson had the button.

Jorryt van Hoof raised to 1.4 million from early position, and action folded over to Billy Pappas in the big blind. He called, and the flop came down {7-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades}. Both players checked.

The turn was the {5-Spades}, and Pappas bet 1.825 million. Van Hoof raised all in for effectively 10.425 million, having Pappas covered. Pappas folded, and van Hoof won the pot.

After the hand, Jacobson came running back to his seat, having missed the action after being late coming back from break.

Hand #80: Chop It Up

Level 36 : 250,000/500,000, 50,000 ante

Andoni Larrabe had the button and opened the pot to 1 million and Will Tonking called in the small blind as well as Dan Sindelar in the big.

The flop fell {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{9-Spades} and the action was checked round to see the {10-Spades} land on the turn with Tonking betting out 1.8 million with only Sindelar calling as the {10-Hearts} completed the board on the river.

Tonking checked and tabled his {A-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, as did Sindelar when he tabled his {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}.
