A Big Setback for Mizrachi

With about 750,000 in the pot and the board reading , Sandeep Pulusani bet 310,000 from the small blind, Michael Mizrachi raised to 900,000 from the big blind, and Srinivas Balasubramanian reraised to 4.1 million from the button. Pulusani folded, and after some consideration, Mizrachi called.

The hit the river and Mizrachi quickly checked. Balasubramanian bet 4 million, and after some time in the tank, Mizrachi called. Balasubramanian quickly rolled over for a set of eights, which was best against Mizrachi's , so he took the pot to leave the four-time bracelet winner with less than 2 big blinds.
