Sievers Gets It in Behind, Gets There

Level 26 : 50,000/100,000, 0 ante

On the flop of {J-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{K-Clubs}, James Sievers called all in for his last 880,000, saying, "I know I am behind but I have a big draw. I call."

He was indeed behind with {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs} against {K-Spades}{J-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{9-Spades}, but the {Q-Diamonds} turn gave him a Broadway and the {9-Hearts} river didn't improve his opponent's hand. Sievers raked in the pot and moved up to 2,400,000.

Roe Makes a Boat with Danglers

Level 26 : 50,000/100,000, 0 ante

Bridges Roe jammed 350,000 in the first position and the player behind him took his chance to knock Roe out.

Roe turned up {A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Spades} and learned that he raced against {Q-Hearts}{J-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{8-Spades}.

The {10-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{K-Clubs} board gave Roe's rival a wrap, but the {2-Diamonds} turn and {2-Clubs} river filled Roe's danglers and he doubled with a full house.

Iwaniak Dispatched by Mizrachi

Level 26 : 50,000/100,000, 0 ante

Michael Mizrachi raised to 225,000 and Linda Iwaniak potted out of the small blind. Mizrachi called and snap-called Iwaniak's all in for her last 350,000 or so when the {J-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{9-Hearts} flop arrived.

Iwaniak showed {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} but Mizrachi had a ton of outs with {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{10-Hearts}{8-Clubs} for a wrap and a flush draw.

Mizrachi hit a straight on the {7-Diamonds} river and increased his stack while the last female player in the tournament departed in 36th place.

Westheimer Survives

Level 27 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

Steve Westheimer threw in his last 310,000 out of the hijack and Michael Mizrachi called on the button.

Westheimer showed {Q-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{J-Spades}{10-Diamonds} but Mizrachi got ahead with {A-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{7-Spades} as he hit a pair of aces on {8-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{2-Spades}.

The {6-Spades} turn left Westheimer drawing for just two outs and he spiked one of them on the {J-Diamonds} river to survive.

Maryska Busts Levine

Level 27 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

On the flop of {2-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{8-Diamonds}, Peter Levine shoved out of position and Michal Maryska called, having Levine slightly covered.

Maryska had {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Levine turned up {A-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{3-Hearts} for a wheel wrap. The {7-Clubs} turn and {8-Hearts} bricked Levine's outs and the dealer shipped his stack Maryska's way.

Balasubramanian Busts O'Flaherty

Level 27 : 60,000/120,000, 0 ante

When we got to the table, the cards were on their backs and Andrew O'Flaherty was preparing to make his exit. Srinivas Balasubramanian had {A-Hearts}{A-Spades}{K-Spades}{6-Diamonds} in front of him and the complete board read {K-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{Q-Hearts}. O'Flaherty's cards had already been swept away and Balasubramanian took the pot to put his stack over 7 million.
