Ramos Collects a Pot

Level 4 : 75/150, 25 ante

The action folded around to the player in the small blind who opened to 450 getting a call from Felipe Ramos in the big blind. Both players drew one card and the small blind checked. Ramos bet 600 and his opponent called. A {9-}{8-}{7-}{4-}{3-} was good for Ramos as his opponent mucked.

Moomjian Catches Hoeppner to Double Up

Level 4 : 75/150, 25 ante

Cary Moomjian opened to 650 and James Hoeppner flatted on the button. The big blind then three-bet to 2,200. Moomjian called and Hoeppner moved all in for 12,000, covering both his opponents.

The big blind thought before folding and Moomjian was all in for 6,250 total.

Moomjian drew one and there was a pause of about thirty seconds before Hoeppner said, "You caught me," and drew two.

Hoeppner showed {7-}{4-}{2-}, but the {7-}{9-} meant he paired. Moomjian showed {7-}{6-}{5-}{4-}{2-} for a number four. "Ship it!" he said, as he doubled up.

Semin Pays Off a Bet

Level 4 : 75/150, 25 ante

A four-way pot saw about 2,000 stuck in the middle predraw in a hand that included Mikhail Semin and Darren Elias. We picked up the action with Semin and Elias checking to the player in early position who fired a bet worth 2,400. Semin was the only one to give some action and quickly mucked when his opponent tabled an {8-}{7-}{5-}{4-}{2-}.

Porter Quadruples With a Wheel

Level 4 : 75/150, 25 ante
Rep Porter
Rep Porter

There was a raise to 325 and a call before Rep Porter moved all in for just 400. The big blind cold-called and the other two players also called.

The big blind drew one, as did Porter, with the other two players standing pat. The three remaining players all checked and after waiting to see what was shown, and seeing no hands forthcoming, Porter turned over {7-}{5-}{4-}{3-}{2-} to take down the pot with a number one.

Hall Doubles Through Painter

Level 3 : 50/100, 25 ante

A string of bets between Jameson Painter and Galen Hall had the latter all in and at risk for his last 2,625. Each drew one and tabled their hands.

Jameson Painter: {7-}{4-}{3-}{2-}
Galen Hall: {8-}{7-}{5-}{3-}

Hall needed help but found some relief as Painter pulled an {a-}, giving Hall a bunch more outs. Hall flipped over a {j-} and scored the double-up.
