Benny Glaser
Benny Glaser

A-5 Triple Draw

Frankie O'Dell check-called Benny Glaser and took two cards on the second draw, while Glaser took one.

O'Dell again check-called and took a card, while Glaser was pat.

After seeing his final card, O'Dell quickly grabbed a chip and flung it into the middle. Glaser folded in short order, leaving just 5,300 behind.

Pat Jack for Joey

Level 5 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante

Badugi

Joey Couden raised to 2,400 from under the gun before Scott Horowitz three-bet the cutoff. The action folded back to Couden, and he made it four bets to go and Horowitz called.

Couden stood pat and Horowitz drew one. Couden bet, and Horowitz called.

Couden again stood pat and Horowitz asked for one. Couden bet 2,400 and Horowitz called.

The final draw saw Couden stand pat once more time as Horowitz drew one.

Couden checked, as did Horowitz, and Couden tabled his {J-Clubs}{9-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} and Horowitz mucked.

Mizrachi Runs into a Boat

Level 5 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante

Stud Hi-Lo

Rob Mizrachi called down Noah Bronstein until they got to the river, but we couldn't tell what order Bronstein's cards arrived in as they weren't lined up.

Mizrachi: {x-}{x-}/{8-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{9-Clubs}/{x-}
Bronstein: {x-}{x-}/{6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{7-Clubs}{j-Hearts}/{x-}

Bronstein bet the end and Mizrachi raised. Bronstein reraised and Mizrachi called, mucking to {7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{2-Spades} for sixes full.

O'Dell Denies Glaser Scoop and Triple

Level 5 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante
Benny Glaser
Benny Glaser

Badeucey

Frankie O'Dell raised to 2,400 and Benny Glaser moved all in for 3,500. The big blind cold-called, and O'Dell called.

The two active players drew two as Glaser stood pat. O'Dell bet, and his opponent check-called.

O'Dell drew one and his opponent drew two before check-folding to O'Dell's bet of 2,400.

Glaser: {10-Spades}{8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{2-Clubs}
O'Dell: {8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}

With O'Dell drawing one, he would find the {9-Clubs} to deny Glaser the scoop and triple up as the pot was now chopped up.

Eight-Perfect Takes a Big One for Prasetyo

Level 5 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

Aditya Prasetyo took three cards on the first draw from under the gun and Kyle Miaso took one. Prasetyo check-called and then took two, with Miaso still drawing. Heading into the final draw, Prasetyo put in a check-raise. Miaso three-bet it and Prasetyo called and patted. Miaso pulled a final card and then called on the end.

"Eight-perfect," Prasetyo said, showing the corresponding goods.

"You Would Have Got It All, You Know?"

Level 5 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Eli Elezra checked from under the gun and Dylan Linde bet 13,000 into 19,000 on {7-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}. Elezra called and the river brought a {3-Hearts}. Elezra checked and Linde checked back.

"How do I miss this?" Elezra wondered tabling {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{j-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} for a monster combo draw that wound up being just a pair kings.

Linde showed {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades} for queens up.

"Not one club," Elezra mused.

"That's why I didn't raise."

"You would have got it all, you know."

"I know," Linde responded. "But I wouldn't have been a favorite."

Volpe Arrives, Buchanan is the Benefactor

Level 6 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Big O

A newly arriving Paul Volpe took a seat down at his table and was immediately dealt in.

Volpe peeked over at the game plaques, looked down at his five cards, and then raised it up to 1,600.

Shawn Buchanan called in the big blind, and the dealer spread a {6-Clubs}{2-Hearts}{J-Hearts} flop.

Buchanan checked, Volpe bet 2,200, and Buchanan called before both players checked the {Q-Clubs} on the turn.

The river landed the {2-Diamonds}, and Buchanan led out for 3,700. Volpe mucked, and on his first hand in this event, immediately dropped below starting stack.
