Max Kruse started the betting that quickly escalated into a monster pot. After Kruse opened, a three-bet by Mike Wattel followed by a four-bet shove from Timothy McDermott, quickly got Kruse out of the way and Wattel called it off to create a pot of around 430,000.
Both players stood pat and Wattel's 
slightly edged McDermott's 
to rocket Wattel up the counts and leave McDermott with less than one big blind, which Wattel came back for on the very next hand.
