Radanov Gets Value From Gupta

Level 4

Limit Hold'em

Damjan Radanov raised from early position and was called by Ashish Gupta in the big blind, who proceeded to check the {K-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop. Radanov bet and Gupta called. On the {3-Hearts} turn, Gupta checked and called another bet before doing so again on the {8-Diamonds} river.

Radanov turned over the {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} for top pair and that won the pot.

Lisandro and Mercier Join the Mix

Level 4

Razz

Jeff Lisandro: {X-} {X-} / {5-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{A-Clubs} / {X-}
Yuebin Guo: {X-} {X-} / {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{8-Clubs} / {X-}

Jeff Lisandro has joined the field recently and was just involved in a razz hand against Yuebin Guo. Lisandro bet all streets from fourth to seventh, and Guo called to see Lisandro show the {8-Diamonds} for an eighty-seven. Guo had that beat with the {6-Clubs}{5-Spades}{2-Spades} and raked in the pot.

Also new in the field is Jason Mercier, who finished fifth and first, respectively, in 2017 as well as 2016 in this very event.

Suchanek and Wolff in Danger

Level 4

While Perry Friedman slowly but surely approaches two times the starting stack, George Wolff and Jan Suchanek are on the other side of the equation and will soon be in danger of elimination in the stud games with just a few big bets at their disposal.

Parvizi and Leah Trade Chips

Level 4

Limit Hold'em

Iraj Parvizi and Mike Leah have just each won a hand against each other in succession.

In the first hand, Leah hit a flush against Parvizi on the river to claim the pot but sent the chips back over to his opponent in the next hand.

Parvizi raised, Leah three-bet, Parvizi four-bet, and Leah called. The flop came down {4-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{q-Clubs} and Leah called a bet. The action mirrored on the {7-Spades} turn and once again on the {8-Spades} river. Parvizi showed {7-Clubs}{5-Spades} for two pair and Leah mucked.

In the second-last hand of stud hi-lo, Brandon Shack-Harris bet fourth street and fifth street, picking up a call from table neighbor Randy Ohel, before the duo checked sixth street. Shack-Harris bet seventh again. Ohel called and immediately said, "Chop it up," before showing his {A-Clubs}{6-Spades}{3-Hearts} for a seventy-six low. Shack-Harris had {A-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts} for a pair of deuces and won the high pot.
