York Takes One From Jattin

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Farid Jattin raised to 4,000 from the hijack and Colin York called from the button. They went heads up to the {7-Spades}{6-Clubs}{4-Spades} flop and Jattin continued with a bet of 6,300. York called and the dealer burned and turned the {8-Spades}.

Jattin check-called a bet of 12,500 from York and the river was the {9-Spades}. Jattin checked again to York who bet 24,000 and Jattin snap-called. York tabled his {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{4-Hearts} for the ace-high flush and Jattin double-checked his hole cards before firing them into the muck.

Sylvia Loses Some

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

There were about 13,000 chips in the middle and the board read {9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{9-Hearts} when we got to the table. Action checked to Jesse Sylvia in the cutoff and he bet 6,700. Jarred Solomon called from early position.

The {10-Diamonds} fell on the river and Solomon checked. After brief consideration, Sylvia checked behind. Solomon tabled {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}, Sylvia mucked, and Solomon took the pot with his ace-high flush.

Riley Takes Another

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Phillip Riley and David Barraclough were heads up on the {q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{4-Hearts} flop. Riley bet 3,600 and Barraclough called.

The turn was the {6-Hearts} and Riley slid out a stack of 10,800. Barraclough showed only his {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts} tossing his hand into the muck and Riley returned the favor showing {q-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{2-Hearts} for two pair and a flush draw.

"I usually dn't raised that hand" Riley said as he added another pot to his monster stack.

Scott Clements
Scott Clements

Action folded to Scott Clements, he raised to 3,500 from the hijack, and Pim Van Holsteyn called from the cutoff.

The flop fell {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} and both players checked.

The turn brought the {K-Hearts} and Clements tossed out a single T-5,000 chip. Van Holsteyn mucked and Clements tabled {A-Spades}{A-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{3-Hearts} as the dealer pushed the pot his way.

Riley Stacks Brabham in Monster Pot

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Phillip Riley and Trey Brabham had all the chips in the middle on a {10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{6-Spades} flop, creating a pot of about 170,000.

Phillip Riley: {Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}
Trey Brabham: {J-Clubs}{J-Spades}{8-Hearts}{7-Hearts}

Both players had identical straights and each had a different straight redraw. The {J-Hearts} fell on the turn to give Riley a queen-high straight to take the lead, but Brabham could still win the pot if the board paired on the river. The {3-Spades} was the final card and Riley took the pot to put himself among the chip leaders and send Brabham to the rail just a few eliminations before the money.

Jattin Busts Franco

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

Sonny Franco and Farid Jattin went heads up to the {9-Spades}{8-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop and Franco checked. Jattin bet 15,000 and Franco check-raised all in for about 18,000. Jatting quickly called and the hands were shown.

Farid Jattin: {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{5-Spades}
Sonny Franco: {10-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{6-Clubs}

The turn {7-Clubs} improved Jattin to the nut straight and the {6-Clubs} river was no help to Franco who was sent to the rail.
