The Stacks Get Very Shallow

Level 24 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Robert Campbell chopped with chip leader Rafael Concepcion when his {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{6-Spades}{5-Spades} for the low and straight on the {Q-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{4-Clubs} flop could not earn the full payout. Concepcion had {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for the full house and claimed half of the pot.

Danny Wong called a bet by Kate Hoang on the {K-Spades}{J-Spades}{10-Spades} flop, then checked the {Q-Spades} turn. Hoang bet and Wong folded to drop down to 65,000 and into the small blind the next hand. Wong ended up all in for his last 5,000 after the {A-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{8-Clubs} turn, Chris Bjorin in the big blind called.

Danny Wong: {7-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}
Chris Bjorin: {Q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts}

The {K-Spades} on the river ensured the double up for Wong, as Bjorin could not improve to a high hand and had the inferior low.
