Auger Gets Luske to Fold the River

Level 4 : 200/400, 0 ante

The flop read {q-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} when Marcel Luske, Don Auger, and Gary Garibyan were in the hand. Garibyan, on the button, had the action checked to him and he bet and received two calls.

Both Luske & Augur checked once more on the {7-Clubs} turn and Garibyan continued with a bet. Luske called, Auger raised, Garibyan folded, and Luske stuck around.

When the river came the {q-Clubs}, Luske decided to check-fold after a bet from Augur and the latter picked up the pot.

Watson Chipping Up

Level 4 : 200/400, 0 ante

Four players were active in the hand and the flop was showing {10-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} when the small blind player checked, as well as Mike Watson under the gun, and a third player. The player on the button bet 200 and all the players called.

The turn brought a {6-Diamonds} and the button player bet 400 after his opponents checked. Only Watson and the player behind called.

On the {q-Diamonds} river, Watson opted to bet 400 and only one player called. Watson tabled {a-Spades}{q-Spades} and it was enough to make his opponent muck his hand.
