Racener Out to Bansal

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante
John Racener
John Racener

Yet again today, the best hand preflop has come unstuck on the flop and the latest situation involved bracelet winner John Racener.

The flop was {6-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{9-Spades} and that is where all the money went in.

Paawan Bansal: {6-Hearts}{6-Spades}
John Racener: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

It was set versus an overpair and gutshot as the two players headed into the turn. The {4-Spades} changed nothing and the {9-Clubs} filled up Bansal's hand, forcing Racener to hit the rail.

Alex Keating
Alex Keating

Maria Konnikova raised to 2,500 from late position and Alex Keating called from the big blind. They went heads-up to the {9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{3-Spades} flop and Keating checked. Konnikova bet 2,500 and Keating called.

Both players checked the {q-Hearts} turn card and the {k-Diamonds} river. Keating turned over {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and Konnikova slid her hand face down into the muck.

Brinker Doubles Through Hagerling

Level 11 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

The chips were committed preflop between Dalton Brinker and Isaac Hagerling, and when the cards were turned over, it was off to the races.

Dalton Brinker: {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Isaac Hagerling: {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}

The {8-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} runout favored Brinker's jacks and he collected the pot, whilst Hagerling was left with just under 25 big blinds.

Nicholas Salimbene and Kainalu Mccue-Unciano were heads-up on the river on a {a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Hearts} board. There was already more than 80,000 in the pot and Salimbene moved all in for 26,600.

Mccue-Unciano thought it over for a bit and eventually slid the calling chips forward. Salimbene turned over {8-Spades}{3-Spades} for trip eights and Mccue-Unciano mucked his hand.

Danchev Eliminates Hagerling

Level 12 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

The action folded to Dimitar Danchev in the cutoff and he raised to 3,300. Isaac Hagerling moved all in for 25,000 from the small blind and Danchev called.

Dimitar Danchev: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}
Isaac Hagerling: {7-Spades}{7-Clubs}

The dealer fanned the {j-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop and it was no help to Danchev. The turn was the {j-Diamonds} and Hagerling was just one card away from the double-up. The {a-Spades} completed the board and Danchev spiked his ace on the river to take the pot and eliminate Hagerling.
