Bicknell Spikes the Turn to Double Through Antimony

Anna Antimony raised to 55,000 from under the gun and Kristen Bicknell moved all in from the button for 266,000. It folded back to Antimony who quickly called turning over {j-Hearts}{j-Spades} and she was dominating the {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} of Bicknell.

The dealer spread the {q-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop and Antimony's pocket jacks maintained the lead. The {10-Clubs} hit the turn and Bicknell spiked her two outer to take the lead.

The river was the {a-Clubs} and Bicknell doubled her stack.

The flop was {6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{6-Clubs} and Shine check-called a bet from Abdellatif to see the {7-Spades} turn. This time Abdellatif fired a 261,000 bet and Shine check-called on this street again.

Both players checked on the {2-Hearts} river and Shine took down the pot by showing {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}. Abdellatif started the day as chip leader but has already lost over half his stack.

"Good call" said Hall turning over {q-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} for just queen high and Veiga showed {k-Hearts}{10-Clubs} for top pair. The turn was the {a-Hearts} and the {8-Spades} hit the river to earn Veiga the double-up.
