Hands #67-71: Perrin Doubles Up

Level 39 : 1,200,000/2,400,000, 400,000 ante

Hand #67: Renato Kaneoya limped in from the under-the-gun position but then folded after Luis Vazquez raised to 6,900,000 from the big blind.

Hand #68: A walk for Kaneoya.

Hand #69: Svetlozar Nestorov got a walk.

Hand #70: Vazquez raised to 5,400,000 from the under-the-gun position and that was enough to pick up the blinds and antes.

Hand #71: Nestorov raised to 4,800,000 from the button and Jeremy Perrin shoved. Vazquez asked for a count and the dealer confirmed it was for 23,300,000 in total. Vazquez tanked for a while but then folded. Nestorov snap-called.

Jeremy Perrin: {A-Spades}{5-Hearts}
Svetzolar Nestorov: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}

The flop came {k-Spades}{j-Clubs}{3-Clubs} to keep Nestorov ahead but the {5-Diamonds} on the turn turned the tables around and now Perrin was ahead. The river completed the board with the {3-Diamonds} to secure the double-up for Perrin.

"You're not calling if I shipped?" Vazquez asked Nestorov.

Nestorov didn't reply.
