Vazquez Moves Over Four Million

Level 25 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Vazquez raised and another player moved all in. Vazquez called.

Luis Vazquez: {a-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}
All-in player: {a-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Vazquez looked resigned to double up his opponent for around 900,000, but the flop {j-Clubs}{8-Spades}{9-Diamonds} gave him an open-ended straight draw.

"Seven?" he requested. "Or a diamond?"

The turn was the {2-Diamonds}.

"Now the seven of diamonds," he said.

The river was the {q-Hearts}, however, completing his straight draw and sending his opponent to the rail.

Fakhimi Sends One Out

Level 25 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Shawn Fakhimi raise-called all in from early position and his opponent was in trouble as he ran with {A-Hearts}{J-Clubs} into Fakhimi's {A-Clubs}{K-Clubs}.

More importantly, the {9-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{9-Hearts} flop gave only a small chance for a bad beat and Fakhimi took it down after the {9-Spades} and {8-Hearts}.

Level 25 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

One player moved all in for 220,000 and another moved all in for 600,000. James Duff moved all in for 1,100,000 and it folded to the big blind who tanked before folding.

Player 1: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}
Player 2: {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}
James Duff: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}

"No jack," said the big blind, who said he folded {j-}{j-}.

The board ran out {k-Clubs}{6-Spades}{7-Spades}{3-Spades}{q-Clubs} with Duff making top set and sending two players to the rail.

Jenkins Triples with Kings

Level 26 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante

We arrived when all cards were lying face up on the felt and it became apparent that Robert Jenkins won a three-way all-in, holding {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds} versus Thai Ha's {K-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and another player's {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}.

A low board secured the pot to Jenkins who vaulted to 4 million while Ha was left with crumbs.

All-in player: {q-}{j-}
Frank Adams: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}

The board came {5-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts} with a tablemate remarking "Overkill!" as Adams backdoored quads and sent his opponent to the rail.

Frimodt Doesn't Get There

Level 26 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante

Following a raise to 225,000 out of the hijack, Mark Frimodt flatted in the cutoff before a player in the small blind squeeze-shoved for 720,000. Only Frimodt called and the cards were turned up.

Frimodt had {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} and faced off against {A-Spades}{J-Clubs}. The {9-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{5-Hearts} board bricked out and Frimodt conceded the pot. He's still among the biggest stacks in the field, guarding more than 60 big blinds.

Herschman Keeps Piling Up

Level 26 : 50,000/100,000, 15,000 ante

Daniel Herschman was seen on the {J-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} turn, firing 930,000 into around 1.5 million out of the cutoff. His opponent, sitting in an early position, tanked for two minutes or so. Then he finally released his cards and Herschman improved to 6.2 million in chips.

"I knew what I had, so I put you on aces," Herschman said in a debate that followed when the hand was over.
