Triple-Up for Seiken

Level 6 : 200/400, 0 ante

Nicholas Seiken was all in for 6,600 and faced off against two other players who also ended up all in preflop. Seiken had {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{10-Clubs}{2-Spades} and connected to the {K-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{7-Hearts}{K-Clubs}{2-Hearts} board, finishing with a full house to beat {Q-Spades}{J-Spades}{10-Spades}{8-Diamonds} and {10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{6-Spades}.

Owen Sinks One

Level 5 : 150/300, 0 ante

On the flop of {4-Spades}{J-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}, Adam Owen raced against a player who got in his last 5,500 or so. Owen held {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and he was ahead of {A-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{6-Spades}{5-Spades}. The {9-Hearts} turn gave Owen a straight and he faded a spade on the {3-Diamonds} river to score an elimination.

Silver Avoids Temptation

Max Silver
Max Silver

With about 2,500 in the pot, Max Silver (under the gun) and Danny Noam (button) checked the {4-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{A-Clubs} flop. Silver led out 1,500 on the {8-Spades} turn and Noam called to see the {5-Hearts} river. Silver checked and Noam threw in 2,500. Silver looked tempted, thought for a moment, but then he decided that his hand wasn't good enough to make the call. He sent his cards into the muck and Noam collected the pot.

Salaburu Gets Paid

Level 5 : 150/300, 0 ante

Robert Salaburu was firing 6,100 out of the big blind when we arrived. The board read {Q-Spades}{5-Hearts}{3-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and Salaburu earned a call from the button.

"Full," Salaburu said, rolling over {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{7-Spades}{5-Spades} for tens full to claim the pot.

O'Dea Turns It

Level 5 : 150/300, 0 ante

There was a substantial pot already brewing and the flop read {Q-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{7-Clubs}. Eoghan O'Dea had bet 1,000 from the cutoff and the big blind check-raised to 3,000. O'Dea re raised to 11,000, the big blind jammed, and O'Dea called to put his opponent at risk.

Eoghan O'Dea: {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{10-Spades}{4-Hearts}
Opponent: {10-Clubs}{9-}{8-Clubs}{7-}

O'Dea had the best of it with top pair, top kicker, plus the nut-flush draw and a gutshot to Broadway. His opponent held the low end of the wrap and an inferior flush draw. The {K-Hearts} on the turn gave O'Dea Broadway and left his opponent drawing thin. The {8-Diamonds} river changed nothing and O'Dea took the pot to stack his opponent.
