Another event at the WSOP, another gold bracelet up for grabs! This is a four-day event and a new event on the 2018 WSOP calendar.
Day 1a starts at 11 a.m. local time. Players will begin with 15,000 in chips and will play 18 30-minute levels. There will be a 20-minute break every four levels and a 75-minute dinner break after level 12, at approximately 5:40 p.m. This event features unlimited re-entry. Late registration will close after the first 12 levels, which is around 6:55 p.m.
Two other starting flights will be available on July 13 and July 14. Payouts will start on Day 1. Players who find a bag at the end of their starting flight will come back on Sunday July 15 to play down to a winner. With $1,000,000 guaranteed in the prize pool, this event is expected to have a big turnout.

The tournament has just started and Kelly Minkin has already taken her seat. Minkin is having a great summer with 6 cashes in the bag, including a deep run in the $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em Main Event. She was the last woman standing for the second time and was eliminated in 50th place for $156,265. Her first deep run in the Main Event was in 2015 when she took 29th place. Minkin will be looking to add another big score to her summer.

Phil Laak, who won the WSOPE £2,650 No-Limit Hold’em 6-Handed in 2010, took a seat in this event and found himself at the same table of Alex Foxen. The winner of the very first WSOP Circuit event he entered, in 2012 in New Orleans, finished 3rd in the $1,000 No-Limit Hold'em (30 minute levels) last year and will try to catch his first WSOP bracelet.
