Bonomo Extends His Lead

Justin Bonomo made it 600,000 to go on the button and Rick Salomon called in the small blind along with Byron Kaverman in the big blind. The flop came 
and the action checked to Bonomo who continued for 600,000. Salomon quickly folded but Kaverman called.
