Wattel More Than Doubles

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

Three-way after the first draw, Andre Akkari bet in position but Mike Wattel check-raised and Alex Foxen woke up with a three-bet. Both Akkari and Wattel called and took one apiece while Foxen patted and continued with a bet.

Akkari called but escaped after a raise from Wattel followed by a three-bet from Foxen. Wattel called off for his 2,900.

The last draw saw both players check and Wattel turned up {7-}{6-}{5-}{4-}{2-} for the winner, almost tripling up his stack.

Eli Elezra

A-5 Triple Draw

Eli Elezra and Todd Brunson played a pot wherein Elezra was patting every street and Brunson was taking one and calling down in position. On the final round, Elezra checked dark and Brunson checked back. Elezra showed a {5-}.

"Are we showing one at a time?" Brunson asked, turning over a {5-} himself.

Elezra spread {4-}{3-}{2-}{a-} for a wheel and Brunson showed {4-}{3-}{2-} and then mucked the last one.

Gus Hansen is NOT a Ladies Man and Phil Hellmuth...

Level 7 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

In this episode of M8 D8 and R8 (mate - m8, date - d8 and rate r8) we find Gus Hansen is NOT a ladies man, well at least not for this Australian couple! Phil Hellmuth gets a pretty bad rating as a poker player, while Phil Ivey scores the top spot. Does Daniel Negreanu have a potential new date and Aussies Shane Warne and Gary Benson remain mates. Australians from the NPL join us in this fun packed game on a break at the WSOP 2018 at the RIO Las Vegas.
