Katz and Beckman Eliminated

Level 11 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante

The board was all but rushed away and Cary Katz, who had just entered before the start of Day 2, was sent to the rail after his {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Spades}{8-Hearts} was dominated by the straight and low of Daniel Zack.

Only moments later Jason Beckman also departed from a nearby table. The flop showed {K-Spades}{J-Hearts}{3-Spades} and Rafael Concepcion bet out of the big blind. Beckman raised with 3,500 behind and Concepcion made it three bets, Beckman called all in.

"Do you have spades?" Concepcion asked and Beckman shook his head. "I flopped a set," he joked and rolled over {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}{A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} for a pair of aces. Concepcion had {9-Spades}{8-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs} for a flush draw and the {9-Hearts} turn and {10-Spades} river run out improved Concepcion to a flush.
