Cheek Takes One Without Showdown

Level 13 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Howell Cheek limped first to act and Jean-Robert Bellande called in the small blind. Matt Woodward, who had been all in for just 4,000 not long ago, checked his option in the big blind. The flop fell {A-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and the action checked to Cheek, who bet and was called by both opponents.

On the {10-Diamonds} turn, Bellande and Woodward checked and Cheek bet once more. Bellande folded and Woodward called to see the {Q-Diamonds} on the river. Woodward checked and reluctantly folded to a bet.
