Concepcion Under Pressure

Level 14 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

After a limp, Rafael Concepcion raised and Tai Nguyen from one seat over made it three bets to see just Concepcion call. The flop fell {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{8-Clubs} and Concepcion bet. Nguyen called. On the {6-Spades} turn, Concepcion checked and folded to a bet.

Shortly after, Nguyen raised and Adam Coats called, as did Concepcion in the big blind. On the {Q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop, Concepcion got most of his stack in via three bets and the remainder then went in after the {7-Diamonds} turn. Nguyen got out of the way while Coats looked him up with the {A-Hearts}{X-}{5-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}. Concepcion had the {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{5-Spades} for the nut flush and the {4-Hearts} on the river changed nothing much. Concepcion claimed the high pot and Coats took the low.

On a different table in between those two above hands, Felipe Ramos raised on the button and Ben Yu called in the big blind. Yu check-called a bet on the {A-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs} flop and did so again on the {Q-Clubs} turn. Yu also checked the {K-Hearts} river and eventually folded to a third bet by Ramos.
