Volpe Scoops White

Level 17 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

Action folded around to the button where Paul Volpe raised and Talon White defended from the big blind.

The flop was {Q-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{3-Spades} and White led out with a bet that Volpe called. White bet again on the {5-Diamonds} turn and Volpe called once more.

On the {K-Spades} river, White checked. Volpe bet and White called.

"Nut straight," Volpe said revealing his {A-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{6-Spades}{K-Diamonds}. That earned him the pot and he chipped up to almost 400,000.
