Elezra Turns on the Heater

Level 30 : 100,000/200,000, 0 ante

Paul Volpe raised on the button and was called by Eli Elezra in the big blind. On the {K-Spades}{9-Spades}{9-Diamonds} flop, Elezra bet and Volpe called. Elezra also bet the {J-Spades} turn and Volpe called before the {Q-Hearts} on the river was checked through. "I win," Elezra announced and showed the {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{3-Spades} for the nut flush, Volpe mucked.

Elezra limped the small blind and Adam Coats checked. On the {10-Clubs}{8-Spades}{7-Diamonds} flop, Elezra checked and called a bet by Coats before the duo checked the {3-Spades} turn. Elezra bet and Coats called to get shown {10-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{2-Hearts} for a straight and a low, which sent yet another decent pot over to Elezra.

Last but not least, Elezra limped the button and Coats did so from the small blind, Volpe checked in the big blind. The {K-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{5-Spades} flop was checked and Coats also checked the {9-Diamonds} turn, Volpe bet and Elezra folded, while Coats came along. The {A-Spades} fell on the river and Coats bet, Volpe called and the cards were tabled.

Coats showed {K-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts} and won the low pot, Volpe had {9-Spades}{9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{7-Spades} for a set of nines as high pot.
