A massive pot was counted out over in the purple section and several players were walking by to find out what had happened, while a triple up for 885,000 was counted out for Gregory Defeo, who had his {6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} tabled still. Two other players were still in the hand, while Daniel Wilson, who had started the hand as the preflop aggressor, provided the details.

Wilson's raise was called three ways and the flop came {Q-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}. That's when the fireworks started, as Roberto Rodriguez Carrera in the small blind check-raised the continuation bet of Wilson. The Irishman got out of the way after calling the check-raise, as he faced the all in of Xi Yang in the cutoff, the jam of Rodriguez in the small blind and Defeo also ended up all in from the big blind.

Gregory Defeo: {6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for a gutshot and flush draw
Roberto Rodriguez Carrera: {5-}{5-}
Xi Yang: {Q-Spades}{Q-Hearts}

Yang was in prime shape to take over the lead, having both opponents covered, as Rodriguez Carrera started the hand with more than one million. The {K-Spades} turn changed nothing much, but the {10-Diamonds} fell on the river to give Defeo the winning flush. Rodriguez Carrera was eliminated by Yang in the smaller side pot and the table broke soon after.
