Castagnini Fires Opponents Off the Pot

Mark Castagnini opened from under the gun, Erle Mankin and Anthony Zinno called in the blinds. The dealer fanned out 
as a flop and Castagnini threw in a bet after the action was checked to him.
Mankin was the only caller, the 
landed on the turn and Mankin checked again to Castagnini who again pushed a bet into the pot. Mankin released his hand, sending the pot to Castagnini.
