Johnson Doubles Through Maher

Level 26 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Jason Johnson raised to 50,000 on the button. Marko Maher, in the big blind, called.

The dealer fanned a flop of {k-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Hearts} that was checked through to the {4-Clubs} turn. Maher checked. Johnson bet 60,000. Maher called.

The river brought the {2-Diamonds}. Maher moved all in for about 1,300,000. Johnson snap-called for less, putting at risk 685,000. Maher tabled {a-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} for a wheel but that wasn't good enough as Johnson revealed {8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for a six-high straight to claim the pot.
