Matthew Gonzales

Omaha Hi-Lo

In a battle of the blinds, Marco Johnson raised and Matthew Gonzales called to see the {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop. Johnson bet, Gonzales raised and Johnson made the call.

After the {7-Clubs} turn, Johnson checked and faced a bet of Gonzales, who had 65,000 behind. Johnson reluctantly got it in and received an instant call.

Matthew Gonzales: {5-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs}
Marco Johnson: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{2-Clubs}

The {q-Spades} river was a blank and Gonzales scored a full double.

Clements Bets Out Mueller on the River

Level 22 : 50,000/100,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Greg Mueller raised the button and Scott Clements three-bet the small blind.

Mueller called, and on the {10-Hearts}{a-Clubs}{9-Spades} flop, he called a bet from Mueller.

The turn fell the {2-Spades} and Clements checked. Mueller bet 100,000 and Clements called.

The river landed the {j-Spades} and Clements led out for 100,000.

Mueller thought for over a minute before open-mucking his {a-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{9-Hearts}.

Chait Takes From Galfond Once More

Level 22 : 50,000/100,000, 0 ante

Razz

Phil Galfond: {x-}{x-} / {5-}{4-}{k-}{9-} / {x-}
Craig Chait: {x-}{x-} / {3-}{3-}{q-}{8-} / {x-}

Craig Chait had a paired trey showing and called bets by Phil Galfond on fifth to seventh.

Once he called the final bet, Chait said "I give you a nine" and that's indeed what Galfond announced. Chait rolled over {7-}{5-}{4-} for an eight-seven and Galfond mucked the cards he had briefly flashed.

Three Quarters for Zinno

Level 22 : 50,000/100,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Phil Galfond defended out of the big blind against a raise by Craig Chait and check-called bets on turn and river of a board {a-Clubs}{6-Spades}{6-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}. Chait rolled over {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds} and that won the pot.

Chait then raised first to act and Anthony Zinno three-bet from one seat over, Chait came along to see the {10-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} flop. A check by Chait was followed by a bet of Zinno and Chait check-called the {5-Clubs} turn and {3-Hearts} river.

Zinno tabled {a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{2-Spades} for a pair and the nut low, which earned him three quarters as Chait only had {a-Spades}{k-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Diamonds}.

Sammartino Chips Up

Level 22 : 50,000/100,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

In a battle small blind versus button, Dario Sammartino bet the {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades} turn and Anthony Zinno made the call. They checked the {q-Clubs} on the river and Sammartino announced ace-king, turning over the {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}. Zinno mucked and the Italian scooped the pot.

Sammartino also raised the button the next hand and was called by Daniel Ospina in the big blind. No betting action took place on the {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} board and Sammartino flipped over {a-Clubs}{6-Spades}{3-Spades}{3-Hearts} for nines and treys.
