On a flop reading {j-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{2-Hearts}, the player in the big blind checked. James Obst bet 2,500 under the gun and his opponent check-called.

The dealer burned and turned the {q-Diamonds} and the big blind check-called another bet of 11,000 from Obst.

The {10-Clubs} filled up the river, and the big blind checked for a third time. Obst fired 90,000. His opponent with 29,000 behind, went deep into the tank, and eventually made the call. Obst turned over {q-Spades}{j-Spades} for two pair and his opponent showed {q-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} before heading to the exit.
