Short-Stacked Lheureux Eliminated By Knight

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

Joseph Lheureux moved all in preflop for his remaining 1,600 and he had three callers.

Elmer Knight checked the dry pot from the big blind after the flop came {9-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}. Craig Luedemann bet 2,200 from under the gun and Donald Cunningham folded from late position while Knight called.

Both players checked the {10-Diamonds} on the turn and the dealer put the {6-Clubs} on the river. Knight bet out 4,000 and that was enough for Luedemann as he mucked his hand.

Lheureux tabled {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} but that wasn't good enough as Knight had rivered the nut straight with {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and Lheureux exited the tournament area.

Trybus Hits Open-Ender, Doubles Through Ebenhoeh

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

There was a pot of 10,000 already in the middle when Paul Trybus moved all in for 10,200 with the board showing {4-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{5-Spades}, he was snapped off Timothy Ebenhoeh.

Paul Trybus: {7-Spades}{6-Spades}
Timothy Ebenhoeh: {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}

Trybus was open-ended and needed to hit as he was far behind the flopped set of Ebenhoeh.

As fate would have it the {3-Hearts} fell on the river giving Trybus the nut straight and the double up.

Katleman's Rockets Send Heller Packing

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Timothy Ebenhoeh opened with a raise to 1,500 from middle position and action folded to Joel Katleman who three-bet to 4,000 from late position. June Heller called from the small blind along with Ebenhoeh.

The {9-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} flop was checked around to Katleman who bet 7,000, both Heller and Ebenhoeh called.

Katleman fired out 14,000 after the {5-Diamonds} turn was checked to him. Heller put her remaining 2,200 in the middle, while Ebenhoeh folded.

Joel Katleman: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}
June Heller: {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

Heller was behind but still had many outs drawing to a diamond flush and a broadway straight.

Unfortunately, the river came the {6-Clubs} and she was eliminated from the field.

Cramer Bets First, Takes Down Pot

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

Robert Cramer raised to 1,500 under the gun and he was called by Scott Miller from middle position, Cary Marshall from the cutoff and James Adamek on the button.

The dealer spread the {2-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{q-Hearts} flop and Cramer fired out a 12,000 bet and that was enough to get all of his opponents off their hands.

Zanozin Clocks Sutton

Level 6 : 300/500, 500 ante

There was heads-up action between Eugene Zanozin and Russell Sutton with 20,000 in the pot and a board showing {2-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}.

Zanozin, sitting in the big blind, checked the {j-Hearts} river to Sutton who bet 5,000. Zanozin announced "all-in" for his remaining stack of 19,300.

After about a four-minute deliberation, a clock was called by a player not in the hand, which gave Sutton 30 seconds to make his final decision. The floor counted down from five seconds and when the allotted time hit zero, Sutton mucked his hand and Zanozin raked in the pot.
