Seidel Makes His Move on the River

Level 8 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

The action folded to Erik Seidel on the button who raised it up to 20,000. Matthew Gonzales three-bet to 78,000 from the small blind and Seidel called. The flop came {j-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and Gonzales led out for 32,000 which Seidel called.

The turn brought the {4-Diamonds} and Gonzales sized up another bet of 112,000. Seidel still just called and the {6-Diamonds} completed the board. Gonzales opted to check this time and Seidel announced a bet of 200,000. Before the chips even got in the middle, Gonzales flew his cards to the muck and Seidel raked in the pot.

Guan Kicks One to the Curb

Level 7 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

After a great start to the day, Ricky Guan saw the majority of his chips disappear through the last couple of levels. However, once the action folded around to the button who shoved all in for 119,000, Guan re-shoved all in for a little more in the small blind.

Ricky Guan: {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}
Opponent: {5-Spades}{5-Diamonds}

"You're ahead," his opponent said as Guan had one pocket pair higher. The board ran out {a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{2-Spades}{10-Spades}{9-Spades} and Guan held on to eliminate his opponent.

Hallaert Caught Bluffing

Level 7 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

With about 160,000 in the pot, Kenny Hallaert bet 60,000 from the button when Ali Imsirovic checked from the big blind on {8-Spades}{3-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{3-Spades}{5-Spades}. Imsirovic thought awhile, smiled and grabbed his cards, pump-faking them into the muck a couple of times. However, he then grabbed a few chips and tossed them in.

To his undoubted delight, Hallaert just mucked his hand.
